Madiha Shamim is a Pakistani entrepreneur & co-Founder HR Ways & an inspiring blogger.

She was born on August 21, 1994, and started her career by the age of 17th when she enrolled in intermediate.

Earning a gold medal in bachelors & becoming a bronze in Masters was just what she needed to set new examples.

Madiha first blog, a review on Hollywood flick broke the Internet when published in Express Tribune.

Madiha believes that the ideal age to start a business is 18th and she’s glad, she did it way before.

By the age of 19th, she had beside her a team of four writers which has now expanded

up to 25 for reviewing research articles, proofreading, and assisting students from all over the world.

Madiha initiated her online training for Academic and Content Writing to help more people get into freelancing.

She has designed more than 500 corporate profiles herself

of leading bureaucrats, politicians, CEOs, Media Persons, Army Professionals & Executives from C-Level to Entry Level.

She is an avid career counselor and has taught “The Art of Reaching Interview Desks” to those who cannot afford fancy consultancies.

Her training session on Career Counseling, Importance of Immaculate Resume and Freelancing

has been conducted in many Universities including 13 Departments of Asia’s Biggest University.

In collaboration with investors, Madiha brought her brainchild HR Ways to existence in 2016.

The company provides services related to recruitment, HR policy drafting, payroll outsourcing and in-house HR training.

Unlike other HR Firms, HR Ways doesn’t charge a penny from applicants for job placement In addition,

HR Ways is also about to launch the first ever web-based ERP Training in Pakistan, free for university students.

She also manages social media accounts & her teams work a whole day to bring authentic jobs to job seekers free of cost to the forum.
